4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order for a full refund.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds or returns are not accepted once the food has been delivered.
If there is an issue with your order (e.g., wrong item delivered, damaged packaging), please contact us within 24 hours for resolution.

With every order placed, we feed three stray dogs as part of our mission to care for animals in need.
We currently support and provide food for 80+ stray dogs daily.
